Australian-born Ebony Fleur aimed to advance its own brand, using three-dimensional printing and technologies, combining silver, gold and pink gold with shiny plastics and hand-painted silk cords. The biggest source of inspiration for Ebony Fleur, who has been collecting objects for jewelry making since the past, is the sky and its surroundings. While working as an industrial design assistant in Sydney, Ebony Fleur left her job to broaden her horizons and moved to Tokyo where she met Amber Joy and together they created the collection "Make Believe". In his New York-based brand that he named himself, he was inspired by sharp forms, the symmetry of nature and the structure of virgin minerals. He aimed to recreate the random forms of stones, crystals, flower petals and branches by using different techniques together in his collections.
