In 1996, Carine Jannin, who was only 24 at the time, decided to start a publishing house focused on design objects. Its singular and strategic decisions made it independent of all its peers and positioned it at the very heart of the freedom to create. He established close relationships with Rachel and Benoit Convers and heralded his future poetic designs. The publishing house stayed true to its bold concepts such as “Made in France” and the multidimensional approach to object designs, and got rid of the trend of conforming to the standard that spread like a hidden disease. Today, the brand, which is in relations with 45 different countries, is recognized at a glance with its designs. They continue to preserve these differences with their reshaped prototypes and museum-like styles of the animal kingdom.
