BIOGRAPHY
Deciding that he was bored with the busy and routine pace of business life in 2012, Cankat Kalyoncu took a break from his business life and took the first step towards realizing his dream of making art. On his journey, as a traveler, he explored different countries, cultures and arts, thus confronting his own past and looking forward to his future, a door was opened.
The artist, who started his painting life as a self-taught, spent his life in every space he found in order to follow his big dreams with firm steps, by continuing short-term training and workshops in the world's leading academies, Painting Master Workshop at Repin Institute of Art in St. Petersburg, Florence Academy of Art - After completing programs of Academic Painting and Drawing Diploma Education in New York and Visual Storytelling at IED Milan, he continued his studies for two years in the atelier of Mustafa Özel, one of the prominent figure painters of Turkey. Then he opened his studio in Nişantaşı and started to continue both painting, which he was passionate about, and advertising, which nurtured it as an idea. His paintings were featured in the WeContemporary contemporary art catalogue.
With a post-modern approach, Cankat Kalyoncu invites the audience to a journey into the reality, which has already taken place in the near future, and which he has built by detaching himself from time and space.
The artist, who transforms the photographs he took in his own studio into reality by combining them with photographs he collected from the internet or from vintage dealers, uses figures and abstract elements in his paintings and turns them into symbols unique to him by giving a meaning to the objects he chooses.

- Within Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 2-5 working days, the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 2-9 working days according to the length of the preparation process.
- Outside of Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 3-7 working days; the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 3-10 working days days depending on the preparation process.
- 4D artifacts such as video, GIFs are sent to you via email.
- You will be contacted for Digital Installation works to be technically set up and an installation schedule is created.
RETURN
- Artwork that can’t be returned:
- All pictures and prints that are specially printed for you.
- All artwork that is framed specially for you.
- All Sculpture and Ceramic works under the 3D category.
- All 4D artifacts such as video, GIF, and other digital work that is sent to you without a watermark.
- All digital installation work whose technical set up was specific to you and the location you requested.
- You can return the works that you bought at shopi go ART within 14 days of their delivery to you or the address of the person/institution that you had provided that they are undamaged.
- To initiate the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service at 444 86 84, info@shopigoart.com, or via WhatsApp Support Line.
- Returns should only be made with the return procedure determined by Shopi go ART. No other form of returns will be accepted.
