BIOGRAFÍA
Nacido en Estambul en 2001, Alok completó su educación secundaria en la Escuela Secundaria de Bellas Artes Adıgüzel. Luego, se graduó de la Universidad de Yeditepe, Facultad de Bellas Artes, Departamento de Artes Plásticas y Pintura en 2024. Al participar en múltiples exposiciones colectivas, Alok revela con sus retratos los rostros que vemos todos los días en la calle y en el espejo. Alok, que trata sobre el ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida diaria donde todos son libres en la vida nocturna, presenta toda la crudeza al público en un estilo realista.
DECLARACIÓN DEL ARTISTA
Las obras de Alok son generalmente retratos de estilo realista. Prefiere sus referentes de rostros cansados, manchados y naturales. El medio que utiliza es el carbón vegetal. Con la explosión de las redes sociales, hemos entrado en la dismorfia de belleza que tiene Internet. Hemos entrado en un estado mental en el que la mayoría de las personas se avergüenzan de sus propios cuerpos y los esconden. Empezamos a perder nuestra verdadera naturaleza. En estos años en los que teníamos miedo incluso de mirarnos al espejo, y con la guía de las redes sociales, no podíamos reconocer nuestro propio rostro. Por eso en cada uno de los retratos de Alok verás tu propio rostro en carne viva, como si te estuvieras mirando en un espejo.

- All artwork that is framed specially for you.
- All Sculpture and Ceramic works under the 3D category.
- All 4D artifacts such as video, GIF, and other digital work that is sent to you without a watermark.
- All digital installation work whose technical set up was specific to you and the location you requested.
- You can return the works that you bought at shopi go ART within 14 days of their delivery to you or the address of the person/institution that you had provided that they are undamaged.
- To initiate the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service at 444 86 84, info@shopigoart.com, or via WhatsApp Support Line.
- Returns should only be made with the return procedure determined by Shopi go ART. No other form of returns will be accepted.
