- Shipping is free for orders over 4500 TL..
- Orders placed until 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped the next day. Delivery time is 1-2 business days within Istanbul and 1-3 business days outside Istanbul, with Yurtiçi shipping assurance.
4 HOUR COURIER DELIVERY WITHIN ISTANBUL
- Delivery is valid for orders over 500 TL.
- Courier fee is charged as 99 TL.
- Within Istanbul, your orders before 15:00 during weekdays and 12:00 on Saturdays will be delivered to your address in 4 hours at the latest with courier delivery.
FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can return the products you ordered at shopi without explanation, free of charge, within 14 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicate by Yurtiçi courier or start the exchange process, provided that they are unused and the original packaging is undamaged.
For return, simply fill in the return form that came with your order and return it with the cargo.
