Información de uso del incensario:
1-Llena la cámara superior del incensario con agua a temperatura ambiente o caliente.
2- Coloca nuestra vela candelita en la cámara inferior y enciéndela.
3- Deja caer un total de 2-3 gotas de tus aceites esenciales preferidos en la cámara superior por cada 10 m2.
4- Coloca la cámara superior sobre el compartimento de las velas.
5-Si se acaba el agua del incensario y la vela sigue ardiendo, nunca añadas agua fría a la cámara. Los cambios bruscos de temperatura pueden provocar grietas en la superficie de la cerámica. En caso de una grieta, puedes seguir usando tu incensario siempre que no haya fugas. Si no quieres volver a perfumar tu ambiente, apaga la vela cuando se acabe el agua de la cámara superior.
6- No muevas ni muevas el incensario mientras tu vela siga encendida.
7- Por tu seguridad, no utilices velas con ingredientes desconocidos y aquellas que produzcan mucho humo.
8- Después de su uso, lava tu quemador de incienso con agua caliente y jabón natural.
9 – No dejes tu quemador de incienso con una vela encendida sin vigilancia cerca de tus niños y mascotas.

- Within Istanbul, your orders before 15:00 during weekdays and 12:00 on Saturdays will be delivered to your address in 4 hours at the latest with courier delivery.
FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can return the products you ordered at shopi without explanation, free of charge, within 14 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicate by Yurtiçi courier or start the exchange process, provided that they are unused and the original packaging is undamaged.
For return, simply fill in the return form that came with your order and return it with the cargo.
