Tom Wood was founded in 2013 by Mona Jensen. The brand started with a small jewelry collection that is based on a modern interpretation of historical seal rings and achieved immediate success. Her husband Morten Isachsen joined the company shortly after, and eleven years later, the team consists of over 40 full-time employees located in Oslo, Barcelona, Paris, and Tokyo. Alongside simplicity, innovation, and functionality rooted in Scandinavian aesthetics, Creative Director Mona Jensen is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of Tom Wood, keeping all these aspects in mind. The designs are inspired by nature, sculptural objects, architecture, and history.
