Delivery by Shipping

  • Cargo is free over 2000 TL purchases.
  • Your orders under 2000 TL are charged with 79 TL.
  • Orders given until 16:00 on weekdays, the orders given after 16:00 are shipped on the next day. Delivery time is 24 hours in Istanbul with the assurance of Domestic Cargo and 1-3 working days outside Istanbul.
  • The cargo company does not work on public holidays.

Delivery in 4 hours with courier in Istanbul

  • Delivery is valid for orders over 500 TL.
  • Courier fee is charged as 99 TL.
  • You can benefit from free courier in your orders of 3500 TL or more.
  • With courier delivery, your orders in Istanbul until 15:00 on weekdays and Saturday at 12:00 are delivered to your address in 4 hours. 
  • The courier company does not work on public holidays.

 RETURN

You can return the products you have ordered from shopi go free of charge within 14 days without specifying any reason within 14 days, provided that they have not been used and have not been damaged from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization you show.

How to return a product?

The conditions under the return are as follows;

  • We kindly ask you to send the product you will return free of charge by filling in the blanks on the back of the original invoice and return bag, unused and undamaged, to the address specified on the return bag of shopi go by Yurtiçi Kargo.

  • The shipping fee belongs to the buyer for refunds sent with other cargo companies. The buyer will not be accepted if the payment is sent.

How to return art?
