RETURN POLICY

Return, exchange, and delivery policies may vary across certain categories. We recommend reviewing these terms in detail before making your purchase.

RETURN

You may return products ordered from shopi go within 14 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization you specified, provided that the product is unused and the original packaging is undamaged. Returns are free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo and do not require a reason.

How to return?

Return conditions are as follows:

  • Please send the product you wish to return, along with the original invoice and the return form located on the back of the invoice, completely, unused, and with undamaged packaging, to the address specified on shopi go's return form via Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.

  • For returns sent via other courier companies, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Returns sent with "cash on delivery" will not be accepted.
  • If the invoice of the product you want to return was issued to a company, a return invoice issued by that company must be included. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for jewelry.
  • Products with damaged original boxes/packaging, products with shipping labels affixed directly to the box, or boxes sealed with packing tape will not be accepted for return. These products will be sent back to you at your own expense.
  • If available, all standard accessories must be returned intact and in their original packaging.
  • Returns of used and/or altered clothing items will not be accepted.
  • For portable and visual electronic devices such as phones, cameras, and game consoles, the screen protection tape must not have been removed. There should be no scratches, damage, impact, or liquid contact on the screen or elsewhere on the device.
  • All cosmetic and personal care products, books, copyable software and programs, all technological products, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, as well as computer and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if they are unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimsuits, and similar products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Once your product is received by shopi go, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions listed above. If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund process will be initiated.

* Refunds for credit card transactions will be processed within 1–3 business days, and within 7–14 business days for debit card transactions. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank. If there is a delay in seeing the refund, please contact your bank for further details.

  • If your return does not meet the return conditions, the product will be sent back to your address free of charge.
  • For international return shipments, the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.

EXCHANGE

You can return the products you ordered from shopi go within 14 days of delivery to you or the designated person/organization, provided they are unused, via Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge to shopi go and start your exchange process.

How to exchange?

  • To exchange, please send the products back unused and with undamaged packaging, along with the invoice and the return form that came with the products, to the address specified on the return form via Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.
  • Please write “Exchange Request” on the back of the invoice and indicate which size/color you would like instead of the original product.
  • For gift exchanges, you can visit our store with your exchange card, call our customer service at 444 86 84, or email us at info@shopigo.com to complete your exchange process.
  • After checking whether your product(s) meet the exchange conditions, you will be informed about the exchange status via email as soon as possible. If the requested product is in stock, it will be shipped to you free of charge within 1 business day. If it is not in stock, your payment will be refunded according to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for changes in color/size/number of the same product model. Exchanges for different products are not accepted.

Return/Exchange Shipping:

You do not pay any shipping fee for returns/exchanges sent via Yurtiçi Kargo.

If the return/exchange is sent using a courier company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee will not be covered by us.

When your order is delivered, you may open and check the package in the presence of the courier. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, wet, etc., or if you encounter an unexpected situation or a defective product, do not accept the package. Ask the courier to prepare a report and have the package returned to us by the shipping company.
