BIOGRAPHY

Uğur Engin Deniz also known as Strange Quark UED(1979, Istanbul) started working on video art, experimental cinema and 3D computer graphics after getting his bachelor’s in physics.  UED participated in numerous installations, stage operations, and various group and solo exhibitions since 2008. His concepts revolve around philosophy of science, sociology of technology, impending trans-human era (not as an -ism, but foresight of the future probabilities. His interests are mainly focused on optical phenomenology, glitches and emergence that runs counter to traditional methods in computer graphics. In 2021 he started a complementary presentation of his old and new production under the pseudonym “Strange Quark”. He had his works shown in notable group exhibitions such as the “Creative Code Festival New York in 2020, “/'fu:bar/ glitch art expo”, Zagreb in 2016-2019, and solo exhibitions at L’Unique and Digital Zone Galleries in 2020 and Escape Universel, Paris, France in 2016.

DELIVERY

• For books and orders above 1500 TL, shipping is free.
• Within Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 2-5 working days, the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 2-9 working days according to the length of the preparation process.
• Outside of Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 3-7 working days; the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 3-10 working days days depending on the preparation process.
• 4D artifacts such as video, GIFs are sent to you via email.
• You will be contacted for Digital Installation works to be technically set up and an installation schedule is created.

RETURN

• Artwork that can’t be returned:
• All pictures and prints that are specially printed for you.
• All artwork that is framed specially for you.
• All  Sculpture and Ceramic works under the 3D category.
• All 4D artifacts such as video, GIF, and other digital work that is sent to you without a watermark.
• All digital installation work whose technical set up was specific to you and the location you requested.
• You can return the works that you bought at shopi go ART within 14 days of their delivery to you or the address of the person/institution that you had provided that they are undamaged.
• To initiate the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service at 444 86 84, info@shopigoart.com, or via WhatsApp Support Line.
• Returns should only be made with the return procedure determined by Shopi go ART. No other form of returns will be accepted.
