BIOGRAPHY

Candaş Şişman (İzmir, 1985) is an artist who uses digital and mechanical technologies as a means of expression. His work includes many different disciplines such as multi-sensory installations, inclusive experiences, audio installations, kinetic sculptures, animations and visual-workplace performances. Using digital and mechanical technologies in his work, he manipulates our perceptions of time, space and movement and establishes bridges between digital and physical reality.
Candaş Şişman is one of the founders of Nohlab, who produces interdisciplinary experiences around art, design and technology, and is one of the founders of NOS, the cooperation platform that produces visual-workplace performances. In recent years, in various universities, sound art has been teaching.
Since 2007, Candaş Şişman, who received the Prix Ars Electronica Prize and Jury Special Award at the Japanese Media Arts Festival, has participated in many important festivals and exhibitions such as Venice Architecture Biennial, Ars Electronica, TEDX, Todaysart and File.
The artist lives and works in Istanbul.

  • Outside of Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 3-7 working days; the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 3-10 working days days depending on the preparation process.
  • 4D artifacts such as video, GIFs are sent to you via email.
  • You will be contacted for Digital Installation works to be technically set up and an installation schedule is created.

  • Artwork that can’t be returned:
  • All pictures and prints that are specially printed for you.
  • All artwork that is framed specially for you.
  • All  Sculpture and Ceramic works under the 3D category.
  • All 4D artifacts such as video, GIF, and other digital work that is sent to you without a watermark.
  • All digital installation work whose technical set up was specific to you and the location you requested.
  • You can return the works that you bought at shopi go ART within 14 days of their delivery to you or the address of the person/institution that you had provided that they are undamaged.
  • To initiate the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service at 444 86 84, info@shopigoart.com, or via WhatsApp Support Line.
  • Returns should only be made with the return procedure determined by Shopi go ART. No other form of returns will be accepted.
