DETAIL
All of our fragrant candles are produced as handmade with our original formula. It consists of essences developed specifically for Scentmega candles using natural wood / paper particle cotton wicks with completely natural soy and wax mixture. Our candles do not contain paraffin and phthalate. Special wicks made of cotton and paper yarns are used in our candles. Our wicks have the ability to shorten themselves. However, if you see a small accumulation on the wick after burning, please let the candle cool before your next use and cut this part.
Usage Suggestions
Our candles will remember the size of the melting pool in every suit and try to provide a melting pool of the same size in the next suit. When you burn the candle for at least 2 hours for use, make sure that the melting pool spreads to all parts of your glass. It is important to keep the burning candle on a flat and fire resistant surface. Please do not move while the candle is burning. Cotton suppositories are twisted during burning and the wax can cause further bending and flame to extinguish when the candle is moved. Natural candles have lower melting temperature than paraffy. Although this feature causes our candles to burn longer, the candles can cause problems if they are stored directly under sunlight or over 30 ° C. So please keep your candles closed and cool. Please read the safety instructions under the candle glass.

You can return the products you ordered at shopi without explanation, free of charge, within 30 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicate by Yurtiçi courier or start the exchange process, provided that they are unused and the original packaging is undamaged.
For return, simply fill in the return form that came with your order and return it with the cargo.
