EGEMEN KAYA
2DHe was born in Sakarya in 2000. In 2018, he was accepted into the Sculpture Department at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. However, he believed that academia would not be very beneficial to him, so he started to explore other fields. During that time, modeling caught his attention, and he gained three years of experience in the field. After his modeling career, he decided to dedicate more time to his true passion, painting. He currently works as an assistant to a painter while also focusing on bringing his own paintings to life.
Egeman Kaya creates compositions that express both individual and collective experiences, aiming to open a space that deeply makes the viewer contemplate the layered nature of being human. In his works, he adopts an approach that explores the multidimensional and diverse aspects of humanity.
