Refund policy

Returns, exchanges, and delivery conditions differ between shopi go and shopi go ART. We recommend thoroughly reviewing these conditions before making your purchase.

RETURNS

You can return the products you ordered from shopi go within 14 days from the delivery date, free of charge through Yurtiçi Kargo, without stating any reasons, provided that the items are unused and the original packaging is undamaged.

How to return:

Please follow the conditions for returns listed below:

  • Fill out the return form, which is on the back of the original invoice, and send the unused and undamaged product with its original packaging to the address specified on shopi go's return form via Yurtiçi Kargo, free of charge.

  • For returns using other courier services, the shipping cost will be borne by the sender. COD (Cash on Delivery) returns will not be accepted.
  • If the product's invoice is issued under a company name, it must be sent with the company's issued return invoice; otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
  • Returns of products with damaged original boxes, affixed shipping labels, or sealed with courier tape will not be accepted. Such products will be returned at the sender's expense.
  • If applicable, all standard accessories of the product must be sent undamaged and complete in their original packaging.
  • Used or altered clothing items cannot be returned.
  • Portable and visual electronic devices such as phones, cameras, game consoles, must have the protective band on the product screen intact. There should be no scratches, damage, impact, or liquid contact on the screen and other parts of the device.
  • Products such as cosmetics, personal care items, books, copyable software and programs, all technological products, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes, and computer, stationery, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can only be returned if unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
  • For hygiene reasons, returns/exchanges of innerwear, socks, swimwear, and similar items are not accepted.

Once your product is received by shopi go, its compliance with the specified return conditions will be checked. If the return is approved, your refund process will begin after receiving the confirmation notification sent to your email.

  • Refunds for credit card transactions will be processed within 1-3 business days, while refunds for debit card transactions will be processed within 7-14 business days. The time for the refund amount to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank.

If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the respective product will be sent back to your address at no cost.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange products ordered from shopi go within 14 days from the delivery date, free of charge through Yurtiçi Kargo, provided that the items are unused.

How to exchange:

  • Send the unused and undamaged products, along with the invoice and the return form, to the address specified on the return form via Yurtiçi Kargo, free of charge.

  • Clearly indicate "Exchange Request" on the form behind the invoice, and specify the desired size/color for the exchanged product.
  • For gift exchanges, you can complete the exchange process by visiting our store with the exchange card, calling our customer service at 444 86 84, or emailing info@shopigo.com.
  • After checking the compliance of your product/products with the exchange conditions, you will be notified of the exchange process status via email. If the desired product is in stock, it will be sent to you free of charge within 1 business day. If not, the paid amount will be refunded to your account according to your payment method.
  • Exchange is only possible for the same model product, with changes in color/size/number. Exchange for a different product is not accepted.

For returns/exchanges sent with other courier services, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the sender. COD (Cash on Delivery) returns will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange Shipping:

You will not be charged for any return/exchange sent through Yurtiçi Kargo.

If returned/exchanged through a courier other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost will not be covered by us.

Upon delivery, you can open and inspect your package with the courier representative. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, wet, etc., or if there is an unexpected situation or a defective product, do not accept the package. Ensure that the package is returned to us by the courier company by filing a report with the courier representative.

RETURN POLICY FOR shopi go ART

RETURNS

To return the items purchased from shopi go ART:

  • Items from shopi go ART can be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date, with the condition that they are undamaged, accompanied by your invoice.
  • To initiate the return process, contact our customer service at 444 86 84, through info@shopigoart.com, or via the WhatsApp Support Line.
  • The return must be carried out according to the specific return procedure defined by shopi go ART. Any other form of returns will not be accepted.
  • The return must be made in the original box/packaging. Returns of items with a broken original box or items with kraft tape affixed to them will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender's expense.
  • If the invoice for the item you want to return is issued under a company name, it must be sent with the company's issued return invoice.
  • After shopi go ART receives the returned item, its compliance with the specified return conditions will be checked. Upon approval, your refund process will begin after receiving the confirmation notification sent to your email.
  • Refunds for credit card transactions will be processed within 1-3 business days, while refunds for debit card transactions will be processed within 7 - 14 business days. The time for the refund amount to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • All Photos and Prints made exclusively for you.
  • All artworks with custom frames.
  • All Ceramic and Sculpture artworks in the 3D category.
  • All Videos, Gifs, and Digital artworks in the 4D category that will be sent to you via a link without watermarks.
  • All Digital Installations with technical setups customized for you and made for your desired location.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not available for products sold at shopi go ART.
