RETURN

You can return the products you have ordered from Shopi GO, as of the date of delivery to the person / organization / organization that you have shown to you, and the original packaging is not damaged by UPS cargo without any reason within 30 days.

* Refund of transactions with credit card will be carried out within 1-3 business days, the return of the debit card will be made within 7 - 14 working days. The time of the return amount deposited in your account depending on the bank of your card. In case of delay in reflection on your account, you can get detailed information from your bank.

  • If your return is not suitable for return conditions, the relevant product is sent back to your address with free shipping.
  • The shipping fee in the return for international orders is paid by the customer.

CHANGE

The products you have ordered from Shopi GO can send to Shopi Go with UPS cargo free with UPS cargo within 30 days provided that you are not used, provided that you are not used to you, or from the date of delivery to the person / organization you show.
