Metaboo against the popular culture hegemony created on the human body; The body image imposed by modern life is the expression of the free, silent and static individual, contrary to endless mobility and productivity.
In Japanese, the word metabo, which means “fat” and accepted weight and ÖLInspired by the metabo tax applied to punish Japanese individuals other than the rods, this series is the protest of the souls and bodies overflowing from the patterns, the unquestioned stance of the individual who accepts himself as he is, and the embrace of the physical pleasures that modern life attributes as taboo.
BIOGRAPHY
Plastic Panda is an architect and industrial designer who graduated from METU. Inspired by multidisciplinary approaches, he explores how different materials and shapes affect human emotions when applied to physical space.L He is working on its effects. He reflects his ironic approach to life in his artistic expression by transforming his critical view of people's choices in life into sculptures.
DELIVERY
- For books and orders above 1500 TL, shipping is free.
- Within Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 2-5 working days, the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 2-9 working days according to the length of the preparation process.
- Outside of Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 3-7 working days; the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 3-10 working days days depending on the preparation process.
- 4D artifacts such as video, GIFs are sent to you via email.
- You will be contacted for Digital Installation works to be technically set up and an installation schedule is created.
RETURN
- Artwork that can’t be returned:
- All pictures and prints that are specially printed for you.
- All artwork that is framed specially for you.
- All Sculpture and Ceramic works under the 3D category.
- All 4D artifacts such as video, GIF, and other digital work that is sent to you without a watermark.
- All digital installation work whose technical set up was specific to you and the location you requested.
- You can return the works that you bought at shopi go ART within 14 days of their delivery to you or the address of the person/institution that you had provided that they are undamaged.
- To initiate the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service at 444 86 84, info@shopigoart.com, or via WhatsApp Support Line.
- Returns should only be made with the return procedure determined by Shopi go ART. No other form of returns will be accepted.
