BIOGRAPHY

After spending his first years in Munich, Kerim Zapsu (Munich, 1989) moved to Istanbul in 1992. After graduating from Istanbul International Community School in 2007, he left the country to get his Bachelor’s Degree at Parsons New School of Design, Fine Arts Department. Following his graduation in 2015, he came back to Istanbul and has been focusing on his works in Istanbul since then.

DELIVERY

• For books and orders above 1500 TL, shipping is free.
• Within Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 2-5 working days, the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 2-9 working days according to the length of the preparation process.
• Outside of Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 3-7 working days; the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 3-10 working days days depending on the preparation process.
• 4D artifacts such as video, GIFs are sent to you via email.
• You will be contacted for Digital Installation works to be technically set up and an installation schedule is created.

RETURN

• Artwork that can’t be returned:
• All pictures and prints that are specially printed for you.
• All artwork that is framed specially for you.
• All  Sculpture and Ceramic works under the 3D category.
• All 4D artifacts such as video, GIF, and other digital work that is sent to you without a watermark.
• All digital installation work whose technical set up was specific to you and the location you requested.
• You can return the works that you bought at shopi go ART within 14 days of their delivery to you or the address of the person/institution that you had provided that they are undamaged.
• To initiate the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service at 444 86 84, info@shopigoart.com, or via WhatsApp Support Line.
• Returns should only be made with the return procedure determined by Shopi go ART. No other form of returns will be accepted.
