Haeckels, based in Margate, Kent, is a natural fragrance and skincare brand. All products are lovingly created; a love for natural materials, a love for coastal living, and lastly, a love for design and quality. All products are handcrafted in Margate's sea-zero laboratories. Haeckels is one of two holders of the license required to harvest seaweed from the English coastline and takes great pride in the preservation of the shores. Hand-harvested seaweed forms the basis of all skincare products and is rooted in the tradition of 'Thalassotherapy'. This type of treatment uses ocean water, seaweed, ocean mud, and sea minerals to help heal and repair the body.
