BIOGRAPHY

Hakan Tüzün Şengün (Ankara, 1971) in 1994, he graduated from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture. He completed his master's degree on Sedad Hakkı Eldem and Seyfi Arkan in Architectural History Programme with his supervisor Afife Batur in 1999. During the period he worked with Han Tümertekin, in projects like B2 House (Aga Khan Award 2004), ATK Housing, Çatalhöyük Museum and as the visitor center. Studied on thresholds and transition in public space at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Lyon as an invited researcher for his doctoral studies in France (2013). In 2017, he founded PARCH, which is primarily working on design, research and publishing mostly on landscape/architecture interface issues. In 2018 completed his PhD study at Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture Architectural Design Program on "Poetics of the Street Market : A Phenomenological Study on Temporality of Ephemeral Structures". Currently, he is a studio instructor and lecturer at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture.
Hakan Tüzün Şengün in his video and photography series, which he started during his doctoral studies, mainly in Lyon, Lisbon, Paris and Istanbul is working on photographs which he mostly simply tries to capture a fiction that leaned on the poetic image and tectonic expression of the architectural space, pursuing a hidden gaze and the latent story in his mind.

• Outside of Istanbul: The works ready for delivery will be delivered within 3-7 working days; the works that are not ready for delivery are delivered within 3-10 working days days depending on the preparation process.
• 4D artifacts such as video, GIFs are sent to you via email.
• You will be contacted for Digital Installation works to be technically set up and an installation schedule is created.

RETURN

• Artwork that can’t be returned:
• All pictures and prints that are specially printed for you.
• All artwork that is framed specially for you.
• All  Sculpture and Ceramic works under the 3D category.
• All 4D artifacts such as video, GIF, and other digital work that is sent to you without a watermark.
• All digital installation work whose technical set up was specific to you and the location you requested.
• You can return the works that you bought at shopi go ART within 14 days of their delivery to you or the address of the person/institution that you had provided that they are undamaged.
• To initiate the return process, you need to create your request by contacting our customer service at 444 86 84, info@shopigoart.com, or via WhatsApp Support Line.
• Returns should only be made with the return procedure determined by Shopi go ART. No other form of returns will be accepted.
